I’ve been seeing a lot about ph and water. Does any of it make a difference?

For many of us, when we hear the term dehydration, we immediately think of a man staggering in the desert, or an athlete having just finished a gruelling event. We are correct in a sense, however these are both examples of acute dehydration.

You may be surprised to learn there is a far more widespread form — chronic dehydration — that we should all be concerned with.

A woman were my brother works, gave him a jug of water to try. He has health issues, she said the water would help.

Tough one – this Kangen Water thing is very very probably a fraud. But you hate to rule it out if it could be of any help. I do have a friend who is that odd type who will believe anything – and the dumber the better – and of course he was speaking of this Kangen Water machine… but the machines were too expensive for him.

a friend of mine I found out has this $ 4K water machine that puts out this amazing health based water that cures all his ails. I am going to try the water but am not sure what to think.

I have one, I can tell you honestly that I don’t feel necessarily any healthier (I’m pretty healthy already). I do find the water tastes better as the machine seems to remove the chlorine and lead smell/taste that normally comes out of the tap. The reason I bought it was an episode on oprah mention something about the benefits of an alkaline diet.

you can try looking at http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-kangen-water.htm. It gives you some information as well as other search ideas and links. The idea that alkaline water is helpful will always be highly debated. the human body is naturally alkaline when it is in balance and drinking alkaline water is thought to be able to help return the body to its natural ph. There are other systems that do the same thing. kangen is just a brand name. You might want to try looking at magnetized water.
