I started drinking the Alkaline water three days ago, only 4 oz a day with full stomach. However, it gives me a great deal of cramping and flare up. Is anyone of you have this kind of side effect? Has anyone heard of people getting a real bad taste in their mouth from drinking the water, I brush and floss daily and I do not think I have any gum problems, it just seems strange that since I started of a regimented diet of only drinking Alkaline water that this bad taste has become evident, it seems to permeate from my tongue.
I will say this, that my diabetes if finally under control from drinking the water.
