It’s water that has been acidified. The water machines cost $2-4000. I had some and it is great, it helps reduce the alkalinity in your body.

kangen water is ALKANIZED water that helps REDUCE ACIDITY in your body and it does not smell like poop. you can use it to drink,cook etc. It smells like normal water (no smell i.e. no chlorine, flouride etc). I myself have used it for a while.
