Can I take drink Kangen Water while using Isagenix cleanse program?

There is absolutely no reason why you cannot use both systems together. I know some people here in Australia that are doing so without adverse effect.
I actually use demineralised or condensed water with my Isagenix so that there are no contaminates in my water.
