I am putting myself on a self created "Kanyen therapy" for numerous ailments. One of them is a cough and throat itch I have had for over 6 months, started yesterday and can feel the results already. The cough and itch is not as intense. It's a balances the body of acid and alkaline level, do the lower H20 balance first. The only side effect , if you want to call it , is not to swallow the acid water , just swallow the Kangen and Clean waters only. Do not swallow the acid water for obvious reasons , but you can brush your teeth and wash your eyes and hair with it , etc. The acid and "waste " water can be used to clean objects, dishes, floors, water plants, clean your pets, etc. yes- it is beautiful.
