www.waterhealstheworld.com www.waterhealstheworld.com 7 Methods to Achieve Alkalinity The idea of “getting alkaline” is not the latest health fad, or some trend which will disappear any time soon. It’s gaining traction consistently and methodically in the marketplace, and also the concept is so fundamental and typical sense to well being conscious individuals that they generally have an aha! expertise as soon as they hear about it. Much better yet, they’re embracing alkaline water benefits in all of the as much as date health circles. So what’s it, and how do you do it? Nicely, the concept is according to the alkaline/acid balance and alkaline water could be a crucial to keeping this balance in check. The acid/alkaline scale starts at 0 and goes to 14. 7 is neutral, lower than 7 is acidic, and above 7 is alkaline. As we age and are exposed to acidic foods, stress, pollution, chemical substances as well as organic acids like lactic acid, our bodies turn out to be acidic. Every thing we eat and drink has either an acid or alkalizing effect. www.waterhealstheworld.com www.waterhealstheworld.com

I’ve just started learning about alkaline water. I have acid reflux and I can’t stand taking pills etc. I was hoping maybe drinking Alkaline water will help. I also want to change my diet but it seems like all of the Acidic Foods are foods that I like. Any advice? How exactly do you make alkaline water or where to buy it? The machines seem very expensive, any affordable way/place?

@tonyvalente Thanks for the response. Yeah I just seen my Holistic dr today and told her I purchased “Essence10pH” a few days ago and it killed my stomach and made me feel feverish. I stopped after 2 days and started back with spring water and the 8.5 ive been drinking. I have colon issues anyway but think the water made it worst but I stopped so I should be fine. I am SOOOO glad to hear your Dad has recovered!!! Holistic Dr said she doesnt recommend pH over 9.5,the body doesnt accept it.

  • tonyvalente says:

@daddysgirl3471 It took 3 months to get back to normal. Ive talk to many others and they got sick also. Real water bottled water is supposed to be the best bottled water out, its only 8.0.

  • daddysgirl3471 says:

@tonyvalente Really??? I can believe that. My holistic dr has a KANGEN water system and has my family and I drinking this water starting from7.0 and gradually working us up to 9.5. I recently started drinking the 9.5 and I didnt like how I felt afterwards….Do u mind telling me how your dad is doing? How did it make him sick?

@Danfranschwan2 Haha, I have to deal with Alpine water too. My mother bought me an ionizer recently cause I drink A LOT of tea and she thought it would be great for that but I stopped using it when I saw how much the cartridges cost.
I am thankful that my alpine tabwater is so great and doesnt have any crappy chlorine or whatever in it, even if it means that it is very hard water.

  • Danfranschwan2 says:

I like my Water from the Alps ( where I live) , so no f*cking brand on my water , and it tastes even better than every other water …

  • tonyvalente says:

By my house the water store sells 10.5 akaline water. shit f%*#ked up my father real bad.

  • mcds87 says:

    @wjb722 thank you!

  • wjb722 says:

@mcds87 I know you asked billy, I’m answering in case he doesn’t. I’m pretty sure Brita pitchers only remove chlorine taste, smell, & maybe a couple other things. There can be much more in your water so you should consider getting an actual purifier which kills bacteria, parasites & removes things like fluoride, lead, etc. I think Brita just uses carbon filters, which won’t add anything bad. Check out Berkey Light on ebay, it’s affordable, & you can get special filters for removing fluoride.

  • dakidkato1 says:

hey what kind of cama are you using?

  • mcds87 says:

@billybbob18 So what would a brita pitcher do are they safe to use?

  • billybbob18 says:

@mcds87 in order to ionize water, you must use electricity. I’m going to build an ionizer myself. There are instructions for how to build them for between 50 and 100 bucks. Its really not difficult if you are crafty.
    Peace!

  • nycgirliegirl says:
