Also I’m pretty sure all my organs are bathed in a cafe latte’ by now. Lol!
I’m sure that water IS a BIG deal.
Dad used to drink pickle juice and put onion and garlic in it. It smelled awful.
He’s 95 and can still out walk me! lol
Once we were walking together. We took a short cut across some railroad tracks . He lost his footing going down the bank and kinda rolled to his feet, picked up his hat and just kept on truckin. Blew me away!

If it’s real…it’s probably worth it. For the way most of us eat though…if we are not making the investment and energy to eat more alkaline, then trying to cure our bad diets with an expensive system (the band aid) probably isn’t the smartest thing. If you have the dough though…I say ~ “go for it”. If you are poor like me…then…oh well.
I’ve been buying different bottled alkaline waters lately ~ glass even.
