Lye or baking soda will do nicely. If you have acidic water, you will have to add enough to neutralize the acid already there.

You can get Alkaline up from the pool supply store. Depending on how high you want the Alkalinity I doubt it is made for human consumption though. Why do you need more Alkalinity in your drinking water? Maybe add some lemon juice? I know it’s good for you. Also don’t drink bottled water. The plastic leaches out into the water and you drink plastic! It’s bad for you.

You mean lye water which is extremely dangerous ie don’t drink it. What you need to get is potassium hydroxide – It may sound funny but here is how it is made. You can burn some wood. When the wood is completely turned into ashes. Get the ashes and mix it with water resulting in lye water. The pH level should be about 2-3. Or you can go to your local asian grocery and try to find some.
